Prefeitura retoma construção de escola com 14 salas no Parati

Obra estava largada desde 2013

A prefeitura de Campo Grande anunciou, nesta quarta-feira (1º), a retomada da construção de uma escola com 14 salas de aula, no bairro Parati, em Campo Grande. Neste projeto, serão aplicados R$ 1,8 milhão em uma obra que começou em 2013. 

Segundo a assessoria, quando estiver pronta, a unidade vai oferecer mais 840 vagas, contanto os períodos matutino e vespertino. 

Os operários da empreiteira já trabalham na parte hidráulica da obra para então começar a assentar o piso. Ainda falta a rede elétrica e instalações sanitárias, cabeamento de informática, pintura, projeto de prevenção de incêndio, grades, portões e o acabamento. A estimativa para conclusão é em oito meses.

Com a interrupção da construção, a prefeitura teve de atualizar a planilha e ajudar o orçamento original, de pouco mais de R$ 3 milhões. O gasto total será de 3.872.241,72. 

Outra escola

Além dessa escola no Bairro Parati, a Prefeitura está construindo outra escola  na Vila Nathália,  numa  área de 18.617.66 metros quadrados entre as ruas Ilha de Marajó, Luiz Paganini e Rosa Ferreira  Pedro. Com 2.651 metros quadrados de área construída, além de 12 salas de aula, terá laboratório, quadra poliesportiva coberta, instalações administrativas, com todas as adequações de acessibilidade.

Atualmente no bairro funciona um anexo que atende 426 crianças das séries iniciais do ensino fundamental num prédio alugado na Rua Otaviano Ignácio de Souza. Os alunos do 6º ao 9º ano estudam nos bairros vizinhos.

A construção da escola da Vila Nathália tinha  recursos assegurados há quatro anos,  quando foi firmado  convênio com o Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (FNDE) para o repasse de R$ 3.423.368,88.

Em julho de 2014, foi liberada a primeira parcela, no valor de R$ 684.673,78.  Como o orçamento estava defasado, com planilhas feitas há mais de sete anos, a Prefeitura teve de ampliar a contrapartida, para garantir a construção da escola que vai exigir um investimento de R$ 4.272.622,05.
