Em MS, casos ativos e internações da covid-19 voltam a subir e SES alerta para variantes

O total de 28 mortes foram registradas e 903 novos casos de infecções foram registradas

Nesta segunda-feira (17), a Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (SES) anunciou mais 28 óbitos e 903 novos casos de Covid em Mato Grosso do Sul. Com este novo acréscimo, o total de pessoas infectadas desde o início da pandemia no Estado totaliza 266.139.  As variantes da doença preocupam e SES está em alerta.

Deste total, 12.542 casos são considerados ativos, estando 11.469 em isolamento domiciliar e outros 1.073 hospitalizados. 

De acordo com o boletim epidemiológico a média móvel, que oferece um panorama com base nos dados oficiais dos últimos 7 dias, indica que na última semana houve a confirmação de 1.252,9 casos diários no Estado. Os municípios que tiveram mais casos confirmados neste início de semana são: Campo Grande (+297), Dourados (+158), Ponta Porã (+50), Corumbá (+42) e Três Lagoas (+37). 

Diferente dos casos que voltaram a subir, os indicadores mostram uma leve queda no registro de óbitos. A covid-19 já vitimou 6.230 pessoas. Outros 14 estão em investigação. A média móvel indica a confirmação diária de 26,7 óbitos na última semana. Para se ter uma ideia, o recorde histórico é do mês passado, no dia 10 de abril essa mesma média estava em 56,7.

Ainda assim, a secretária adjunta da SES, Crhistynne Maymone, exemplificou a importância de analisar todos os dados e citou o fechamento da 19° semana, que encerrou no sábado com 205 mortes, no comparativo com anteriores. 

“Na 12° e na 13° semana que nós estávamos no pico e tivemos o decreto estadual, nós conseguimos nas semanas subsequentes reduzir o número de óbitos e de casos confirmados. Este mantra realmente é comprovado pela ciência: uso adequado das máscaras, higienização das mãos, e distanciamento social”, ponderou. 

Outro dado relevante é a taxa de contágio que até sábado, 15 de maio, estava em 0,95, mas que voltou a aumentar e está em 0,96. “Essa semana nossa tarefa é baixar essa taxa de contágio”, destacou. 

As internações também tiveram acréscimo De 928 internações registradas no dia 11 de maio, houve um aumento gradativo diário, e hoje está em 1.073. Sendo, 567 em leitos clínicos (394 públicos e 173 privados), e 506 leitos de UTI (390 públicos e 116 privados).
