Candidato derrotado à Câmara dos Deputados que vivia arrotando moralidade com diversos vídeos na internet, Tiago Vargas (PDT), do grupo político de Odilon de Oliveira (PDT), foi intimado pela Justiça Eleitoral a retirar de suas redes sociais enquete que mede a preferência do internauta sobre candidatos ao Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul. A decisão liminar, assinada pelo juiz auxiliar Alexandre Branco Pucci, foi divulgada nesta terça-feira (16).

A iniciativa viola resolução do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), que veda a realização de enquetes relacionadas ao processo eleitoral, no período de campanha. O descumprimento da decisão judicial pode acarretar multa de R$ 1 mil por dia. Tiago pode ainda ser acusado do crime de desobediência. Ele tem 48h, contadas a partir da decisão, para apagar das redes sociais a sondagem infundada. Cabe recurso.
