Edil diz que é 'falta de respeito' sobre o pedido de Alex tentar tirá-lo da Comissão Processante

O vereador Edil Albuquerque (PMDB) questionou o pedido de retirada dele da presidência da Comissão Processante protocolizado na manhã desta terça-feira (17) na Câmara, por Alex do PT, que questionou Edil no cargo após deliberação do PMDB de direcionar todos do partido pelo voto a favor da cassação do prefeito Alcides Bernal (PP).

“Não concordo. A desculpa dele é muito esfarrapada. Estou tranquilo, porque o PMDB é uma coisa e o meu trabalho na Comissão é outra”, alegou Edil.

Além disso, Edil questionou a validade do documento de Alex, visto que no momento ele não é mais vereador já que ocupava a vaga de suplente de Thais Helena, cassada pelo Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, por compra de votos.

“O Alex é suplente, ele não é mais vereador. A vaga dele está lá, mas ele ainda não está lá”, alegou Edil. Fomos surpreendidos hoje pela manha com a visita desse senhor aqui. Eu gostaria de escutar uma posição do presidente da casa sobre o ocorrido. Isso é uma falta de respeito", completou Edil.

O presidente da casa, vereador  Flavio Cesar disse que a partir do momento que perceber que estão passando dos limites, vai tomar as providências cabíveis. "Se perceber que ele (Alex) está atrapalhando o andamento eu vou pedir auxílio para a procuradoria da casa para saber o que pode ser feito", concluiu o presidente.

Já Alex afirma que protocolizou o pedido à presidência da Câmara como cidadão comum só não pleiteou sua vaga, a qual tem direito pela recontagem dos votos, por respeito à secretária municipal Thais Helena que recorre da decisão.

A reunião do PMDB aconteceu ontem e Edil afirma que se absteve de votar a favor ou contra a deliberação justamente por saber que não deve se envolver, por presidir a Comissão Processante.
