Exército divulga lista de armas de uso permitido e uso restrito

O projeto do presidente Jair Bolsonaro sobre a ampliação do porte e do posse de armas está em tramitação no Congresso e deve ser votado na semana que vem

Em uma portaria publicada no Diário Oficial da União desta quinta-feira (15), o Comando do Exército apresentou a lista de armas de fogo e munições que são consideradas de uso permitido a um grupo de categorias além das já previstas no Estatuto do Desarmamento e as que são restritas a agentes de segurança.

Os decretos do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PSL) sobre a ampliação do porte e do posse de armas haviam determinado que caberia ao Exército fazer a classificação técnica. O projeto de Bolsonaro está em tramitação no Congresso e deve ser votado na semana que vem na Câmara dos Deputados.

A versão enviada pelo governo revogou parte dos decretos anteriores sobre o tema editados pelo próprio presidente. O texto permite a concessão, por decreto presidencial, de porte de armas de fogo para novas categorias. A votação da urgência foi acordada nesta terça-feira (13), entre os líderes partidários, e aprovada na Câmara nesta quarta-feira (14) em votação simbólica.
